Caudery

In a thrilling event, Molly Caudery won the women’s pole vault title at the Glasgow World Athletics Indoor Champions, making her a qualified competitor for a medal in the upcoming 2024 Paris Olympics.

After obtaining the gold medal, Molly admitted that she just couldn’t believe what had happened, and said,  “It was such a special moment to do it in front of a home crowd, family watching and everyone from all over the nation supporting too.”

Caudery Aiming for the Olympic glory

Caudery is now working hard to aim for Olympic success this summer. With his performance at the Commonwealth Arena, the 23-year-old athlete maintained her amazing form that has established world records–winning against Olympic champions Katie Moon and Eliza McCartney for her first world medal.

With her gold medal, Caudrey secured her place as the next remarkable athlete in British athletics and is now a favorite to lift an Olympic medal.

Her performance in Glasgow has vanquished any doubts and reservations about her capabilities to compete at the Olympics. However, she kept herself grounded and said that the key to any future success is to resist giving in too much to the excitement.

“I have got such a great support team around me and they are never going to let my head get too big or anything like that… I am just so grateful to be where I am, that will keep me grounded too and never take anything for granted,” she declared.
