CSA which is Cricket South Africa the officiating cricket body of South Africa has confirmed the T20 tournament to be held between the 7th of February to the 27th of February 2022. It will be held at St George’s Park in Gqeberha. There has been a lot of issues regarding the event because it was getting costly, however, the MEE approach proved to be cost-effective.
The tournament is going to feature the eight Division One teams. The champions of the previous season of the CSA T20 Challenge were Imperial Lions are also set to regain the title they had won in 2021. The tournament is all set to go on floors from 7th February 2022. The match begins at 1:30 PM, 08:00 AM GMT/10:00 AM LOCAL. The first match is scheduled to be against Western Province vs Rocks. This will be followed by the 2nd match on the same day, at 6 PM against Titans vs Warriors.
