Emma Raducanu of Great Britain produced an incredible comeback against Diane Parry of France in a spectacular exhibition of skill and perseverance, ultimately winning 3-1 to seal a decisive victory for the country in their Billie Jean King Cup qualifier.
Raducanu battled back from an early deficit to win a strong second set. However, she had to endure a suspenseful third set in which she was up a break but unable to convert two match points.
Parry strongly retaliated during the tension, setting up a nail-biting tie-breaker that had spectators on the edge of their seats. Raducanu ultimately prevailed thanks to an unwavering resolve and clutch brilliance, capping an intensely contested battle with a spectacular victory.
