The NFL Draft in 2022 will have a total of seven rounds. The NFL gives each of the 32 clubs one pick every round at first, then adds compensatory picks. Over the course of the three days, 262 players will be chosen.
The No. 1 pick in the 2022 NFL Draft is presently held by the Jacksonville Jaguars, who are followed by the Detroit Lions and Houston Texans. While trades could affect the draught order, the Jaguars and Kansas City Chiefs now have the same number of picks (12).
Michigan edge rusher Aidan Hutchinson, Cincinnati cornerback Sauce Gardner, and N.C. State offensive tackle Ickey Ekwonu are among the players likely to be picked early in the first round. Liberty's Malik Willis, Ole Miss' Matt Corral, and Pittsburgh's Kenny Pickett are among the top quarterbacks in this year's draught class.
