Veteran implores WWE to investigate real-life angle

Fans are confused about Roman Reigns’ title run in light of the new World Heavyweight Championship. Vince Russo has urged WWE to schedule a storyline that is firmly anchored in reality and also features Triple H in an effort to offer them the answers they want.

WWE has reportedly been compelled to launch a new championship for the red brand due to The Tribal Chief’s tight hold on the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship and his part-time schedule.

Since he had previously collaborated with USA Network, Vince Russo was aware of the executives’ desire for the world champion to frequently appear on RAW. Vince Russo asserted that the World Heavyweight title should be acknowledged on live television and suggested that it may have been added to the equation to appease USA Network.

The forthcoming SmackDown edition, where The Bloodline leader is expected to make a comeback, will include a fiery back-and-forth between the two after Russo explained why Roman Reigns felt the need to confront Triple H.

“I’ve got to go with reality. I’ve got to go with reality, and I’ve got to go on Reigns calling out Hunter, cutting that promo, and Hunter turning around and saying, ‘Okay, bro, you want to air dirty laundry? Here’s the quandary, champ! We’ve got two networks, and both networks want a champion represented, and it seems like the more this streak continues, the more you’re taking on a Brock Lesnar personality,” stated the former WWE writer on Writing with Russo. “And the more you want to be a part-time player, and you know what? That ain’t going to fly with the network.”

Roman Reigns’ treatment by WWE was criticized by Vince Russo on USA Network.

Despite being on the SmackDown roster for a very long time, Roman Reigns has occasionally appeared on RAW to develop storylines.

A devoted world championship holder has, however, been absent from Monday Night RAW recently. Despite paying WWE a sizable sum, according to Russo, USA Network, executives were dissatisfied with the circumstances.

“The fact at that time was that Roman was the champion and primarily on SmackDown; they (USA Network) did not like that,” revealed the 62-year-old veteran. “Since then, there has been a lot of crossover with bringing Roman over to RAW, but if I’m a network and I’m paying that type of money, how do I not have a champion on the show? It just doesn’t make any sense. Maybe this belt was to appease both networks, but it’s still very confusing”, an article on sportskeeda.com reported.

Roman Reigns is an American actor and professional wrestler. Leati Joseph Anoa’i is his real name, and he was born on May 25, 1985, in Pensacola, Florida. In addition to his father Sika Anoa’i and his cousins Yokozuna, Rikishi, and The Usos, Reigns comes from a long history of professional wrestlers.

He first gained notoriety in the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), where he won a number of titles, including the WWE Universal Championship, WWE Championship, Intercontinental Championship, and United States Championship.
